It answers customers on WhatsApp using a knowledge base of your products and services. When someone is interested, it asks for their contact details and the details of their request, then emails them to the owner. The customer gets an immediate reply, and you get an enquiry that is already qualified.
B2B prospecting
A system that finds the right businesses, ranks them by potential and contacts them in stages. It includes collecting data from Google Maps, cleaning and standardizing it, automatic lead qualification, 14-day email and WhatsApp sequences and GDPR documentation for prospecting.
Custom WordPress plugins
When no existing plugin does what you need, we write one. We have built a B2B auction plugin integrated with WooCommerce and a monitor that tracks competitors' prices automatically.
n8n workflows
We connect the tools you already use: forms, email, spreadsheets, CRM. A new enquiry automatically lands where it should, with all its details, without anyone copying anything by hand.
Built for a hospitality equipment distributor
An Iași-based distributor of professional ovens and HoReCa equipment, selling new and used RATIONAL combi ovens, with servicing across Romania.

- B2B auction plugin. Auctions in euros, automatic proxy bidding, WooCommerce integration and PHP tests. MySQL transactions use locking, so two bids submitted at the same moment never get mixed up.
- Hospitality prospecting in the Moldova region. Restaurants and hotels collected from Google Maps, with standardized data and a fit score, contacted through 14-day email and WhatsApp sequences, with GDPR documentation.

What is n8n and why do you use it?
n8n is an automation platform that connects applications through visual workflows, for example a form, email and a spreadsheet. It can run on your own server, so your data stays with you and you don't pay per operation.
