GEO implementation
GEO implementation is where we make the actual fixes that get you into AI assistants' answers. We install complete structured data, align the information about your business on your website and external profiles, write answer pages and FAQs, and set up llms.txt and AI crawler access to your site. We work on a project basis, usually after a GEO audit.
- Who it's for
- Businesses that have had an audit or have clear AI visibility problems
- Format
- A project, based on the plan from the audit
- What you get
- Fixes installed on your website and external profiles
- Price
- Quoted after the free audit
What we build, in three areas
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), meaning optimization for AI assistants, rests on three things: how AI understands your business, content that is easy to cite, and measurement. Implementation covers the first two; measurement is handled by monthly monitoring.
Structured data
Complete JSON-LD schema code, not just a generic Organization: LocalBusiness or the type that fits your field, Service for each service, FAQ, Article, all linked to one another through identifiers. We validate everything in the Rich Results Test and the Schema Validator.
The same information everywhere
The entity is the picture an AI model forms of your business. We align your name, address, services and description on your website, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and directories, then connect them through the sameAs property in your structured data.
Content that is easy to cite
Answer pages that open with the answer, blocks of real FAQs, and prices and timeframes where they exist. An AI model picks up clear text far more easily than text it has to interpret.
The full list of work
What actually goes into the project depends on what the audit found. These are the elements we work with.
- JSON-LD structured data across the whole site. The right types for each page, with data that matches the visible text.
- Aligned external profiles. Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and industry directories, with the same information and links between them.
- Correcting conflicting information. Old addresses, services you no longer offer, wrong opening hours or descriptions that differ from one source to another.
- Answer pages. One page for each important question in your field: a direct answer, details, FAQs, structured data.
- FAQ blocks. Real questions on your service pages, with answers that make sense even when read on their own.
- llms.txt and robots.txt. The llms.txt file describes your site for AI models; in robots.txt we check access for GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and Google-Extended.
- Internal links. Pages that complement each other link to one another, so the model understands how your services are organized.
- Server-rendered content. Important text has to be in the page's HTML code, not appear only after JavaScript runs, so that any crawler can read it.
How an implementation project works
As a rule, we start from the 90-day plan in the GEO audit. If there is no audit, the first step is to establish what needs fixing.
Priorities
We pick the highest-impact tasks from the plan and agree on the order in which we tackle them.
Information and structured data
We correct conflicting information, align your external profiles and install the structured data.
Content
We write the answer pages and FAQ blocks, then connect them to your service pages through internal links.
Verification
We validate the structured data, check crawler access and hand over the complete list of changes.
What we need from you
The sooner we get access, the sooner we can start.
- Website access. A WordPress administrator account, or an introduction to the person who manages your site.
- Profile access. Google Business Profile, your LinkedIn page and the accounts for the directories you are listed in.
- The correct information. Your current services, the prices you want to publish, opening hours, addresses and valid contact details.
- Someone to answer our questions. A person who confirms specialist information, especially for clinics, where texts must comply with Romania's rules on medical advertising.
If you only need one part, you can order it separately: the structured data package, llms.txt or an answer page are also available as fixed-price services.
Frequently asked questions

Can I do the implementation without an audit?
You can, but we don't recommend it. Without an audit you don't know which questions you are losing ground on or which fixes matter most. The minimum is the free GEO audit, which shows your top 3 priorities.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on how many pages and profiles your business has and how much information needs correcting. We set the duration and stages in the quote, based on the plan from the audit. We start with the highest-impact work.
What is structured data and why does it matter for AI?
Structured data (schema) is JSON-LD code that describes a page in a standard format: who you are, what services you offer, where you are located. It helps search engines and AI models understand your business without guessing from the text. You'll find a concrete example in our article on structured data for clinics.
Do you also rewrite the text on the website?
Yes, wherever the audit shows that pages don't answer customers' questions directly. We rewrite service pages, add FAQs and create new answer pages. You approve any specialist content before it is published.
How do I know whether the implementation worked?
By running the same set of questions after implementation. Monthly GEO monitoring does this every month and reports your citation rate and AI presence rate, following the methodology published on our site.
