What's included each month

Five areas of work, which we plan together at the start of each month. The exact volume, meaning the number of articles and posts, is set in the quote after the audit.

  • Maintenance and updates. We update WordPress, your theme and plugins, check backups, keep an eye on speed and make the small content changes you need during the month.
  • Ongoing SEO and GEO. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), meaning optimization for AI assistants, is about being cited in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI-generated summaries (AI Overviews), not just listed in Google. We maintain your structured data (schema), correct the information about your business, meaning how AI assistants understand who you are, and optimize the pages that bring in customers.
  • New content. Articles and answer pages that respond directly to your customers' questions, with FAQs and structured data, written so AI assistants can cite them easily.
  • Social media posts. Posts for your pages on the same topics as the month's articles, so your message is the same on your website, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monthly report. What we did, what changed in traffic, incoming leads and AI citations, plus what we'll do next month and why.

Visibility is built month by month, not in a single project

A new website or an audit gives you a good starting point. After that, competitors publish, AI models update their sources and Google changes what it shows above the results.

If nobody keeps working on the website, the ground you gained slowly slips away. The plan keeps up the pace: every month we add new content, fix what has broken and focus where the data shows it pays off.

Everything connects. A new article gets structured data, features in the month's posts and is tracked in the report. The report uses the same metrics as GEO monitoring: the citation rate, meaning the percentage of AI answers that cite you, and the AI presence rate, meaning how many questions in the set you appear for.

If your analytics aren't set up properly yet, we sort that out at the start, so the report is based on real numbers. You'll find the details on the Analytics and measurement page.

For you, the difference is practical. You no longer coordinate a developer, a copywriter and someone for social media separately. You talk to the same person, who knows the full context of your business.

What a month of work looks like

The same cycle, every month.

  1. Planning

At the start of the month we set the priorities: which pages, which questions from your field, which season or campaign is coming up.

  2. Doing the work

We get to work: updates, content, structured data, posts. You receive the texts for approval before they are published.

  3. Measurement

We track traffic and incoming leads in GA4, plus citations in AI assistants, on a fixed set of questions from your field.

  4. Report

At the end of the month you receive the report: what worked, what didn't and the plan for next month.

Why we recommend at least 6 months

SEO and GEO don't produce stable results in a single month. New content has to be indexed, and AI models refresh their sources at their own pace.

The first changes usually appear on very specific questions in your field, a few weeks after implementation. Growth that shows up clearly in the report takes a few months to build, as content and mentions from other sources accumulate.

That's why the plan has a minimum commitment of 6 months. It gives us enough time to build, measure and adjust several times. At the end of the period we decide together how to continue, based on the reports.

Is the plan right for you?

It works well for businesses that already have customers and want a steady pace.

It's not a good fit if

  • You expect guaranteed results within a month
  • You need a single change to your website
  • You have no time at all for approvals and feedback
  • Your current website is so old it needs rebuilding

It's a good fit if

  • You want your website to bring in customers, month after month
  • You want to appear in AI answers in your field
  • You don't have an in-house marketing team
  • You want a clear report and a single point of contact

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Write to us directly.

What does the monthly growth plan include?

The plan includes website maintenance and updates, ongoing SEO and GEO, new content (articles and answer pages), social media posts and a monthly report. We set the volume of content and posts in the quote, after the free audit.

How much does the monthly growth plan cost?

We set the price in a quote, after the free audit. It depends on the size of your website, the monthly volume of content and how competitive your field is. For one-off jobs with a published, fixed price, there are our fixed-price services.

Why is a 6-month minimum needed?

Because SEO and GEO are built over time. Content has to be indexed, and AI models update their sources at their own pace. Six months gives us time to build, measure and adjust several times, on the same set of questions.

Who actually works on my website?

We do, directly. We are a deliberately small agency and work with only a few clients at a time. The people who plan, write and implement are the same people you talk to, so you never have to explain the context to someone new and there are no intermediaries.

Can I start the plan if my website is old?

It depends on how old it is. If your website is slow or hard to update, we recommend a website built for Google and AI first, then the plan. If the foundation is sound, we start straight away and fix whatever the audit finds as we go.
